The maintenance manager of a plant contacted Uni-spray because of concerns he was having with a competitor’s product. In fact, the seals and valve components had to be replaced every month due to sub-standard quality, resulting in frequent plant shutdowns and increased costs. Uni-Spray designed a new TPU seal for 15% of the cost of the seals currently being used. These seals need to be replaced only twice a year, saving both inventory and maintenance costs.
