Uni-spray’s systems offer easier handling and labour saving conveniences that result in greater profitability.A leading North American appliance manufacturer was pleasantly surprised to discover that by switching to Uni-Spray’s system he could save more than 50% in maintenance costs on his three wash lines. The conversion began with the replacement of the old metal pipes with new easy-to-handle plastic pipes. Quick-disconnects were installed on the pipes and risers, allowing for quick removal of the risers from the system. Next, drain assemblies were installed on the end, to allow the risers to be flushed out in place. Finally, thread nozzles were replaced by clip-on nozzles, which can be cleaned, replaced and aligned much more quickly. This Uni-Spray system resulted in a 50% cost savings for weekend maintenance work, reducing the ten employees to six and the time they needed for maintenance work from 8 to 6 hours.
