About Us

Uni-Spray's commitment to the manufacturing of high quality products for metal finishing as well as for bottling industries is backed by a state-of- the-art production facility and a team of professionals dedicated to excellence in customer satisfaction.

By 1990 Uni-Spray not only supplied the nozzles, but was also building and supplying custom-designed plastic piping systems that incorporated their nozzles and their line of cam-operated couplers. This effort expanded Uni-Spray's presence within the market and also set the company apart from its competitors.

With the strong base of North American companies to build from, Uni-Spray often adopted the role of “test site”. This led them to introduce new materials and colour-coded nozzles to the marketplace. Since Uni-spray is not only the moulder, but the designer as well, it allows them to quickly and effectively introduce new ideas into the market.

In the late 1990's, Uni-Spray re-entered the bottling industry. This was a market that company owner, Mr. Gilmour, had spent 20 years working in. The company has redesigned many of the replacement seals that are used by high-profile companies in their high-speed bottling filling lines.

Their in-house engineering allows for the design of seals for many of the popular filling machines such as Krones, Meyer, H&K, Cemco, Crown, Simonozzi, and others.

Since its inception, Uni-Spray has also become a full-service, high-precision contract injection moulder that provides a single source for moulded plastic parts and assemblies.
